THIS IS 44 🎂 - I haven’t been mentally prepared for today, it’s hard to believe I am half way through my forties. Where has the time gone and can it slow down please? I have so much yet to do This year I lost something so precious, in the click of a finger and it truly made me sit back and think. Life is going past in a flash and at any point can change for the good, or bad. But, I put the pain of that loss into really stripping back my lifestyle and dived deeper into something I love, creating content for you. I’m motivated, I feel alive and ready for 44 “the best is yet to come”
