B1: banded split squat w/ slow eccentric/isometric (x10/10)
B2: isometric lateral lunge (:30/:30)
C1: leg extensions (x10 w/ pause)
C2: plank clock slide (x10/10)
C3: hollow body rock (:30)
C4: plank hood (:30)
Repeat each circuit 3 rounds total. Rest minimally between rounds, then 1-2 minutes of rest between circuits.
