(3/3) “One of the most beautiful things I have experienced through it all has been to become a parent. It allows me to get a glimpse of true love when I see my child. It has given me a new perspective on how Heavenly Father loves me. As my baby grows up, there are times when I want to intervene when she struggles, but I know that will not help her. Likewise, I know when Heavenly Father is seeing us go through hard times, I’m sure He wants to intervene and save us. But He loves us perfectly and He knows that if He saves us, we will not learn the lessons that will help mold us into the best version of ourselves. “One of the names the Savior is known as is the Prince of Peace. I have been blessed in having reached what many would consider the top. I have seen and experienced many of the material things that the world has to offer. But I can say that none of those things gave me the peace that came with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The gospel in its purest form gave me peace to navigate through the challenges I went through and continue to go through today. That peace that comes from the Atonement of Jesus Christ is the only thing that helped me at my lowest and at my highest. “It is my testimony that this peace is something that this world and all it has to offer could never give me.
