A quick reminder for you ladies who work from #solopreneur at home or work in a office to activate those shins. I recently started back ATTEMPTING to run again. I found a great running group right here in my own backyard. @gumbofit is a community group here in Chicago. If you haven’t ran in years like me and I would advise getting those rusty shins in order. I don’t have a lot of time so I do what I can in my studio right before I start working.
