hip opener pilates circuit! a really great circuit to move through when youโre in your luteal phase, because hip openers can help digestion and cramps. also really good for anyone feeling stressed or emotional. we store a lot of emotions in our hips and the only way out is through.
repeat each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second break between. reminder to do both legs for exercises 1 & 3. breathe into your lower abdomen through it all. repeat 3 times & follow with a walk!
