Ayyyyyyyye, Happy Meal Prep Sunday Y'all. Are YOU prepped and ready for the week?!? πŸ‘€ After my Watermelon only fast, This week’s meal prep is all about clean, simple, hydrating, and easy to digest foods that are great post fast! Although I'm done with Watermelon only, Watermelon will remain a part of my meal prep while it's in season as it's one of my favorite fruits. Here's what I'll be eating this week: 🐲 I FINALLY found me some yellow dragon fruit that y'all recommend I try. Great for digestion, gut health, and packed with antioxidants. 🍈 Melons (Sugar Rush, Lemon Pop, Emerald Crunch, Dream Melon.) – Packed with water and natural sweetness to support digestion and hydration. 🍎 Apples – Full of fiber to gently get the digestive system moving again. 🍊 Oranges – Loaded with vitamin C to boost immunity and energy post-fast. 🍌 Bananas – Rich in potassium to restore electrolytes and prevent cramps. πŸ₯£ Greek Yogurt – High in protein and probiotics to support gut health and keep you feeling full 🐟 Tuna – Lean protein to help rebuild strength and support muscle recovery. In addition I’ll also be juicing a mix of the fruit for my mornings and snacking on it throughout the day. I also added in some tuna this week for a light source of protein πŸ’ͺ🏾 I honestly feel clear, energized, and spiritually aligned and I want to keep that going. This isn’t just about weight or looks...it’s about honoring my body, staying connected to my purpose, and showing up for my family with the best version of me!
