Instructions below ✨🍝⬇️ You’ll need: - 1 box pasta - 1/2 jar of arabiatta or tomato sauce - 2 tbsp tomato paste - chopped shallot & garlic - 1/4 cup vodka - fresh basil - olive oil - salt & pepper - heavy cream - Parmesan cheese - 1 tsp Calabrian chili paste - pasta water To make: 1. Cook pasta 2. At the same time, cook down shallots, garlic, and tomato paste with a tbsp of olive oil over medium heat 2. Add splash of vodka, cook until dissolved 3. Add sauce, mix, and let cook for a min or two and remember to season with salt to your liking! 4. Add Calabrian chili paste, mix, grate Parmesan, mix 5. Add cooked pasta with splashes of pasta water and fresh basil then enjoy!
