Workouts on holiday don’t need to take long.
What’s more important is practicing the art of consistency — Keeping with your routines (and goals) regardless of where you are will help you to:
(1) kick jet lag faster
(2) acclimate and feel grounded in a new environment, especially when your days are much more fluid
(3) regulate your digestion
(4) keep you in-tune with your goals
Just remember to have a healthy dose of flexibility while on the move. A PR can wait for your return 🫠🙃
Here’s a (speedy!) travel friendly upper body and core to save:
A1 Pike push up [x10]
A2 Back extension [x10]
A3 Isometric pull down [x10] create tension through the upper back with each pull
B1 Kick throughs [x20]
B2 Tricep dip [x12] slow the lower, pause at the bottom
B3 Plank Crawl [:20-:30] be sure to keep the core engaged, pulled in, and resisting back extension
Repeat 3-5x rounds of each circuit.
