passion 2024 This year was my first passion so I didn’t really know what to expect. The first few sessions were good and the speakers did an amazing job but, before passion I prayed that God would reveal to me what to do about a certain situation in my life. At first I felt as if He wasn’t going to show me what to do but I was wrong. Every time I bowed my head in that stadium I prayed over that situation and that God would show me how to respond to it. I started to feel as if now wasn’t the time God would show me an answer and that was okay. On the second day right before the late night everything changed. Me and my friends decided to walk up to one of the door holders and ask how we can pray for him and he told us about this chair that drew us to him. It was a “prayer chair.” He said that it started as a joke but then it turned into a chair that was used to pray over so many people. He asked us what he could pray for in our lives and I told him the situation. He prayed over me and I felt as if the situation was immediately in Gods hands. The guy told me that I can’t heal the situation but only God has the power to do that. I realised that all this time I had been trying to fix everything myself instead of trusting God and His plan. I’m so thankful for how God showed up at passion and how he can use his people to guide other believers! (swipe to see the prayer chair!!)
