If you’re not super motivated right now…THATS OKAY!!!
Of course it’s great to have goals and ambitions, but keep in mind that real blossoming naturally comes in the spring 🌱 As the sun starts to shine, the energy shifts, winter fades away, and you start to feel like you’re swimming with the stream instead of against it.
This time of year, it’s completely normal for our minds, bodies and souls to need more rest, recharging, and reconnection. So if your energy feels lower or your drive isn’t quite there you’re not doing anything wrong.
Key tip: this is a powerful season to refocus clean up the basics, and fine tune the habits that support you long term. Consistency doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective.
Personally, I’m not treating January as a go super hard // all-out season. Props to you if you are!! BUT When spring comes around?
