Throughout the 20th century, the RBF made early grants to support new artistic hubs in New York City, including @lincolncenter and @themuseumofmodernart. The 2008 merger with the Culpeper Foundation revived RBF giving in arts and culture, and today the Fund's Culpeper Arts & Culture program provides residencies at The Pocantico Center for small and mid-size arts organizations like @jessicalangchoreographer, @thejazzgallery, and @aimbykyleabraham.
