In this video, she demonstrates Warrior 2, a pose she says can help elevate your inner strength. Below, a few tips for practicing this pose. 1. Stand with your feet 3-4 feet apart. 2. Turn your right foot and knee out to the right. If you drew a line from your right heel to your back (left) foot, it should line up with either your heel or the arch of the foot. 3. Bend your right knee until your thigh is parallel with your mat. (If it feels too strenuous to get the thigh parallel, it’s okay for it to be a little higher, just make sure you still follow step 4 below.) 4. Line your knee up with your ankle, adjusting the width of your stance as needed. 5. Stretch your arms straight out and gaze over the right forefinger. 6.
