Palermo, Italy 🇮🇹 is the fourth challenge of #GFWM25 second round of Italian selections for the 2025 edition of #GelatoFestivalWorldMasters a total of 16 Gelato Artisans competing to represent Italy in the World Finals, meet the first 8 contestants:
- Fabio Mellace @marronsglacescz from Catanzaro Lido competing with flavor “A-mare” yogurt gelato with raspberries and pistachio crumble
- Vincenzo Longo @lelunettemondello from Mondello, competing with flavor “L’Anicè” anise gelato with tangerine swirl and almond crunch
- Nicolò Serra @messergranita from Terrasini (PA) competing with flavor “Mango di Terrasini” mango sorbet from Terrasini
- Claudio Adelfio @gelateriadaciccio from Palermo competing with flavor “Tarte Citron” lemon cream gelato and shortcrust pastry with mint meringue
- Giuseppe Giargiana @casadelgelato.giargiana from Partinico, competing with flavor “La mia Terra” cinnamon tangerine and lime gelato with pistachio crumble and orange peels
- Fabio Cipolla @marilyncafe_corleone from Corleone competing with flavor “Merry Summer” Buccellato gelato, a traditional Christmas Sicilian cake with raisins, dried figs, and candied fruit
- Giacomo Barone @tuttogelato_caltagirone from Caltagirone, competing with flavor “Sicania” DOP Bronte pistachio gelato with Ciaculli tangerine swirl and Modica chocolate with toasted pistachios
