#CanyonRanch2022 I LOVE @canyonranch so much!!! This year was a completely different experience than last. Both equally special. Both times have been so good ...not only for my body...but for my soul! 💫 I was in such a different place last year that my needs were unique to that time in my life. This year I was so open to trying new things & pushing my physical body to new heights in performance that I discovered new loves & that I can do way more than I thought I could. 💘🙌🏻 My heart was also wide open & therefore got to really connect with more people.
