This month, we hosted our first Own Your Career Expo, a company-wide virtual career development event that engaged more than 20,000 attendees. Through live sessions and functional showcases, business leaders and guest speakers inspired colleagues to own their career journeys, define their goals and explore possibilities across all pillars of the company. Our colleagues gained deeper insight into other facets of the business and learned how to take the next step in their careers, making this a shining example of why Macy’s, Inc. is a preferred employer.
