I’ve been thinking a lot about the power of being witnessed. How healing it can be if it feels loving. How terrifying it can be when we are witnessed without compassion. Came back from a course on therapeutic backpacking feeling so ready to jump into another semester and fall season :) Here are some highlights from life outside of roof dangling and putting in training time for the fall.
