jake engelke you are an Ironman This has been one of the most emotional experiences of my life. A year and a half ago I started documenting this journey. Showing the good, the bad, the ugly. That’s how I wanted it to be. You don’t become confident but shouting word of affirmation in the mirror. You become confident by having an undeniable stack of proof that you are who you say you are. To do everything I said I would do is what makes me happy and what makes me unstoppable. I’m gonna do a post breaking down the day but I’m still soaking everything in so I’m gonna enjoy this 🫶. Becoming an Ironman after my accident was the only thing on my mind. The 70.3 was to prove I could still do what I love. This Ironman was a statement to always finish what I started. @willhorkoff_ I couldn’t of done any of this without you. You are beyond a coach and I’m so blessed to call you my friend. Love ya g ❤️.
