How do you recharge after a long day? There are so many ways that I recharge, but one of my favorites is hands down just sitting by myself in peace! As a former extrovert I didn't realize how much I truly love and enjoy being by myself until we were all sent home to work a few years ago. Now it's become the way I recharge my own internal battery after a long day. My wife and kids know when I get home from work give me like 20-30 minutes to myself. Once I have my little moment to charge I'm usually good. Does anyone else do this? What are some ways y'all refill your cup after emptying it to fill others? I would love to know!
