ANNOUNCEMENT • Due to high volumes of cancellations: I wanted to refresh + remind everyone of my cancellation policy!

Like any doctor’s, dentist or facility office- I ask that a card be on file for color services whether booking online or over the phone, nor will not accept any color appointments w/o a card as part of my no show protection policy. No call no shows will be initially charged 25% of the service.

🌿 After two strikes + or less than 24 hour notice will result in being charged 50% of the service. // No card will be asked to be on file when just scheduling a haircut, but the 50% charge will include haircuts if multiple last minute cancellations or no shows frequently occur.

🌿 I always try to give a 15 minute grace period showing up for an appointment, just in case traffic is a little tricky but will usually give a call to see if we need to reschedule. Otherwise I ask for client to show up on a timely manner and showing later than 15 minutes will result in needing to reschedule that initial appointment. As a stylist, we are not only balancing your time but have other clients on our schedule as well!
