Here's a super easy and delicious #vegandip to whip together for Sunday's big game! 🌱🏈 Ingredients: 1 can of seasoned, vegan refried beans 3/4 cup vegan queso 1 cup guacamole 1 cup salsa or pico de gallo 1/2 bell pepper, diced 1/4 cup black olives, diced 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped (optional) To assemble, spread out the vegan refried beans, then top with queso, then guacamole, then salsa or pico de gallo, then bell pepper and black olives, and finally, cilantro.
