i was gonna do a dump but i wanted to post just this clip that @jnmnc so beautifully put together. my 2024 was a lot, both bad and good but overall developmental. this reel is from maybe my 3rd class teaching at @austinlorenchicago in my first ever slot. i’m so grateful to have a studio called home but most of all i’m so proud of myself for holding myself accountable when it came to my class. from having a packed class, to 2 people, back to packed, changing days, changing times/frequency, changing prices. but staying so consistent to where i learned to be grateful to just still have the desire to share. i may not be the most seasoned teacher but i come from quite the spice rack and i feel even the way i teach now in comparison to 8 months ago is different. so if you’ve ever shown up to my class, shared my flyer, commented, liked the post, or even told someone to come to my class, thank you. i cannot express what this is has done for me and im so excited to see what this year brings. 🫶🏽🌱
