I am a dietitian for people in bigger bodies who are freaking tired of only being seen as a number on the scale and who want to work on their health without the added pressure of “lose weight & all your symptoms will go away”. 📣This page is for people in bigger bodies to feel seen & heard NOT JUDGED OR SHAMED. because my job as a dietitian. My training as a dietitian is to help people become healthier. Whatever that means to them. That also means that I will fight for every one to understand that health is more than just eating and moving. Health is individual. & everyone deserves to have access to food & healthcare & jobs that freaking pay more than $7.25. They need access to homes that aren’t falling apart & don’t sit here and type & tell me well they can get jobs & move out because than you don’t understand how our country works. No one can do that with a $7.25 paying job with no healthcare. And if you think that it’s their fault “they’re unhealthy” unfollow me cuz you’re missing the point. 📣Our country has a lot of work to do. And until then & forever my page will be a safe place for all regardless of size and economic status to feel safe &work towards to health on their own damn terms. 📣So no; I will not be helping you actively lose but if you start moving & eating better and the weight comes off cool. If your health markers improve cool. That’s where your body wants to be. And if you’re doing all of that & your body is still bigger I WILL NOT SHAME YOU. & I will continue to shout from the roof tops that HEALTH IS NOT A SIZE. ✨So, if you’re like damn.
