Needed this today. @joe_woodhouse made @xanthegladstone pumpkin and tomato soup and I don’t want to have pumpkin soup any other way now. The tomato adds an amazing sour and savoury note. Also the crispy mushrooms on top 👌🏼Joe served it with thin toast and pesto. I cannot recommend Xanthe’s food enough. Full recipe @maldonsalt website I think. 🍅 🎃 🍄
