I'd like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude. A big thank you to Yendi for allowing me to use her platform to express how I felt about what unfolded in the 200m at the Olympics; I was broken at the time, but she did something wonderful for me. She started the healing process, and hearing her say, "You know you're going to do it," made all the difference. Despite being broken inside, I left that interview delighted because she gave me a platform to discuss what transpired . You may believe you have recovered from a disappointment until it becomes a constant reminder.
