*JOSHUA TREE YOGA RETREAT ANNOUNCEMENT* I am so excited to announce that my new @adzentureretreats yoga retreat: Creating Space Joshua Tree September 28th - October 1st, 2023. 🏜🌵☀️ When I started to plan this retreat I had one word in mind: magical. I wanted this retreat to be a one of a kind experience. Something we will never forget and hopefully that will change our way to see ourself and the world we live in. We will reconnect to nature, slow down and rediscover our true potential, both in your body and in your mind. Join me on a 3 night, 4 day discovery into creating space and reconnecting to your power amongst the magical land of Joshua Tree. I will be offering long workshops designed to create space in our body and by doing so, discovering how strong we are. Each class will start with a warm up (functional movement + pilates) before moving into a flow to connect breath and movement. After the flow we will reach a peak pose and work on a posture clinic followed by guided meditation (yoga nidra + sound bath). This retreat will be themed around cleansing, rebirth and magic – and creating space to allow this deep profound healing. We’ll hike Joshua Tree National Park and experience a healing sound bath at the renowned Integratron, enjoy delicious food prepared by a private chef and share in stories and laughter with new friends. A sweat lodge ceremony will be offered (led by native Americans for the joshua tree retreat center) to those who wants to try this incredible experience. ✨ This retreat is very intimate.
