Within this list, selected and written by Isabel Olmos, five institutions are highlighted that reflect the spirit and identity of Miami. We are honored to be included, and thrilled that the efforts and talent presented in this collective exhibition shine through. “In the Company of Women: At Large,” is a community oriented collective exhibition featuring 17 Miami-based female artists to showcase the contributions of women within the arts through a localized lens. The exhibition is accompanied by an LnS Gallery Journal, featuring “The Feminine Landscape,” a powerful essay by Maritza Lacayo ( @maritzamelania ), Assistant Curator at the PAMM. The complete roster of artists includes Natalie Alfonso, Jennifer Basile, Liene Bosquê, Carola Bravo, Friday, Natalia Garcia-Lee, Jeanne Jaffe, Regina Jestrow, Loni Johnson, Karla Kantorovich, Aurora Molina, Kerry Phillips, Evelyn Politzer, Jennifer Printz, Karen Rifas, yomarie silva-o’neal, and Lisu Vega. “In the Company of Women: At Large,” will be open through September 3, 2022.
