In the most elite natural group of guys I have ever seen I am extremely proud to have placed 3rd. This entire experience has altered my brain chemistry and will be one to remember for the rest of my life. Not only was this the hardest I have ever pushed myself but I got the honor of seeing the absolute peak of my form. From the nights I was absolutely losing my mind because of the water cut to needing to hide food and water from myself the night before as to not be tempted, to taking ice cold showers because they made me feel less thirsty; this prep and entire show has become a core memory. With another teenager in the show I’m very excited to see what’s in store for me with the future of ocb bodybuilding and I wish to help inspire more teens to follow this path and get to experience this once in a lifetime phenomenon.
