Writing here with a heavy heart 🥲 Miila’s account @miilabijou got hacked when we were travelling in Tasmania. It was only hacked for 4 hours early in the morning before we secured it again and I thought all was ok. Sadly in that small window someone managed to send a spam message from to all her followers. Understandably people probably reported it as spam and since then her whole account had been shut down. It’s devastating and frustrating. @instagram has not responded to several requests to reinstate it. Miila has so many orders open and hundreds of conversations with people that she can’t access. It has left me rattled about the whole platform. I don’t know if anyone has had this experience before? We have replied to the email from Instagram saying to write the code on a piece of paper and have Miila hold it up clearly but no one has replied. And I’ve tried requesting support again. Anyway it’s so disappointing and I feel so terrible for all those people with open orders and for Miila who has been working so hard to raise funds for Flood Relief and connect with all those beautiful people. If anyone knows of another avenue please let us know 🙏💙✨ thank you xx
