SPARK is super excited to welcome our latest addition to the team, Elias!! Elias is joining us as an If/When/How RJ Fellow! 🌟 Elias (he/him) is an anti-colonialist and anti-fascist from Buffalo, New York, and a proud Rust Belt-er. He is a descendant of the Seneca Nation of Indians, with family roots along the Ohi:yo’. He graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law and the University at Buffalo School of Social Work with dual JD and MSW degrees. Elias is passionate about using his skillsets and education to support grassroots movements and community activism, particularly those led by Black, Indigenous, disabled, and trans communities. He is personally interested in the use of RJ frameworks and movements to address the needs of transmasculine communities and to support Indigenous people across the globe. Welcome Elias! 🖤
