Our dearest Shelby (Roasting Queen Extraordinaire 👑) is busy making her rounds in Colombia at the moment, so we thought we’d give you all some of the details on what she’s been sharing with us ~ behind-the-scenes ~ 👀 So far Shelby has visited with the team at Caravela, which is an importer that HUCK currently uses to bring in a handful of Colombian coffees on deck – with them, she’s tasted some future Geshas, learned more on how they operate and visited a couple of affiliate farms! She’s also gotten to hang with Dario Rodriguez at his beautiful farm that he has so carefully built into a magically harmonious environment, where various different ecosystems thrive among coffee growing fruitfully. As of late she’s been with Osito, an importing company, cupping coffee and visiting some new farms! It’s pretty amazing to see all of the pieces of the puzzle working together through trips to origin like this one – there will be more to come, for now, take a peek at all of her adventures thus far! 🤘
