I Had a great time in Omaha, Nebraska yesterday. First, I rocked the crowd at the sold out Baxter Arena alongside my family @jarule & @ashanti. I Haven’t performed in NB for a few years and i think both me and crowd had a great time reuniting with each other. Then I rushed over to see one of my favorite boxers & fathers, @tbudcrawford , who just so happened to be fighting in his hometown of Omaha the same night as our show across town. I not only was able to support the champ from the side of the ring, but I was also able to share some laughs and some really cool moments with his family and closest loved ones. Got to meet the young champ @shakurstevenson & ran into my dawg @adrienbroner. Best part of the night was introducing myself to his beautiful mother, whom I was more than happy to sing for. (She made me do it lol) . It’s always amazing to see how much love, time, belief, and preparation goes into greatness, and I want to say thank you champ for allowing me to be a part of your sacred circle on this night. As a father, it’s always inspiring to see how much love you pour into your own children, and it was touching to see your children escort you to the ring, holding up your belts high in the sky with pride and joy. Wishing more life to the Crawford clan and a big thanks to the city of Omaha!
