WHAT DO I WEAR TO MY TATTOO APPOINTMENT?! Always avoid tight clothes! Wear loose fitting old clothes that you wouldn’t mind if we accidentally got ink on. 1. BACK TATTOO- Nothing you need to pull up/hold up or out of the way for placement of the stencil or during your tattoo. Wear something loose, old, and backless. A great tip is a button up shirt or zip up jacket- backwards! 2. RIBS/STERNUM- No fancy or tight bra that sits on the area you want tattooed. Wear an old bikini or if you’re comfortable no bra at all! 3. HIP/THIGH/LEGS- No tight pants like jeans or leggings. Wear loose fitting old shorts that are flowy and move easily! 4. ANKLES/FEET- No shoes and socks that may obstruct your fresh tattoo. Wear a shoe that will not touch your tattoo for the remainder of the day/night, and for as long as possible during healing phase!
