Today in #officedogs: Meet Greñas, unofficial mascot of the IRC team in Guatemala. Greñas has her own rescue story: A year ago, she arrived on staff member Anisa's doorstep after suffering animal cruelty, and Anisa decided to take her in. At first, Greñas—whose name means “tangled hair”—was too anxious and scared to stay by herself for long, so Anisa decided to bring her to work. The pup immediately received so much love and care from all the IRC team she soon felt safe. Now, she spends her days at the office getting pets and taking naps. “Greñas makes the office feel like a home and she makes us feel welcome. We’ve witnessed how she has transformed over time, and she’s an example of how love can change everything.” Happy to have you on the team, Greñas. 💛
