Bachan’s Beef Bulgogi Bowls! This is a hot and fast recipe that the family loved. Started out with super thinly sliced ribeye steak, sliced white onion, carrots, mushrooms and green onion. Mixed them all together in a freezer bag with a bunch of Bachan’s Original BBQ Sauce. Let it marinade for 30 minutes. Cranked the Blackstone to medium high and added some oil. Threw the marinated beef mixture down and continuously stirred it up for 3 to 4 minutes, until the veggies were tender. Added two packets of Udon Stir Fry Noodles and gave it a mix until we’ll combined, about 3 to 4 minutes. Bowl’d em up and added more chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds.
