Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. 3. Cream butter and sugar in another bowl, then mix in egg and peppermint extract. Gradually combine with dry ingredients. 4. Scoop dough into balls, place on the baking sheet, and bake for 7-8 minutes. 5. Remove, top with chocolate chunks, crushed peppermint, and mini marshmallows, then bake another 2-3 minutes. 6.
