I love a good old fashioned pushcart dimsum and @fivestar.seafood has one of the best in the 626. It is almost impossible to find due to poor signage, but it is connected to the Hilton San Gabriel and there is actually abundant parking in the back. The experience is chaotic and customer service can be testy, albeit very efficient. But the food is excellent and very authentic. The crowd is mostly elderly Chinese and if you go on a weekend, expect at least a 30 minute wait—that’s how you know it’s 🔥 Their Har Gow is some of my favorite.
