I find that the Mat is the MOST cost-effective & efficient route to discover what YOU need more of... feel me? EVERYONE cannot afford to get the apparatus in their home. However... most people can afford a mat & perhaps some extra props (Band • Weights etc.) This movement method is one of the VERY THINGS that shifted MY perspective when it comes to what it means to "work out"✨ The strength I have TRULY shines from within... & that is because I take the TIME to make this a consistent practice.
