You don’t have to have all the answers... You can figure it out as you go 🤎 The idea of launching an online platform scared the sh*t of me. I had clients ask me as early as 2018, “will you go online?!” My answer was always HELL NO, I’m an IRL bish. Deep down, having my own app scared the sh*t out of me! Like how in the worlddddd would I make it happen?! I was SO COMFY... The biggest thing standing in my way over the years has been MYSELF. I’ve worried too much about doing things perfectly, the *right* way. I can tell ya whole heartedly, you could spend forever trying to figure it all out. One of the most fun things about launching my app was being able to go through all the content I’ve created over the last almost year for my platform. @xcrystalng and I went through every piece of content to create these 4 KICK A** programs (if you haven’t checked it out yet APP STORE ➡️ SWEAT SESSIONS ➡️ 7 day free trial) I gotta say- when I started filming for this platform I had no f*cking clue what I was doing but I knew I had to let go of the thought of perfection in order to make it happen. In just under a short year, I look back and am in AWE of all the progress my platform has made; 200+ workouts, programs, categories with intention that you just don’t see on other platforms, a growing/thriving community that is making crazy progress both inside & outside of the studio (GO YOU) 🙃 Somedays I still have tech difficulties (let’s not forget, I am still in the studio programming, filming, editing all of my own videos), most days it is not perfect, but watching this platform and myself EVOLVE has been the coolest freaking thing. So this week, I hope you dive head first... this week I hope you feel the fear & do it anyway, this week I hope you trust that everything will always work out for you, you just have to PUSH START BABY!!!!
