I’m slowly letting go of the need to constantly create, and instead, will give myself space to breath, and birth new ideas. Space to let things simmer without impulsively taking action. Space to not feel guilt for not keeping up. We titled this session “The Artist”, though the model never actually paints anything. The goal was to explore the idea of creativity and the journey we take to create art. The creative process is one of research, play, planning, incubation periods, and “aha” moments.
