Thank you so much to @natoora and @riverford for donating your amazing vegetables and fruit for our #cookforukraine pop up at @ramblecafee7 tomorrow! Prep is steaming ahead. You can still get two tickets for the price of £10 if you enter the raffle. It’s a vegetarian feast: beets, plums, goats curd, rye bread and a shot of @vodkadimas (thank you friend for the donation too!); then a sorrel, potato and kale soup with Gorgonzola; handmade pasta with dark greens, caramelised onion, garlic yogurt, sumac and breadcrubs; sunflower tahini roasted mushrooms + crushed potatoes, dill oil; life-saving rhubarb cake with rhubarb from my garden + custard. Healthy, delicious, and all profits go to @legacyofwarfoundation which will then help volunteers on the ground. Either Kherson or Mykolayiv regions, we are monitoring the situation.
