2024 was a year of growth. The year I chose to walk away from people and places that no longer served me. The year I chose to do things for ME. Coaching at two gyms/studio with people that genuinely care about the well being of others. I’ve met some amazing people along the way, from my clients, members, to my TT1 Pilates sisters. Created new relationships, solidified some current friendships and rekindled old ones. The year I made my physical and mental well being my top priority. The year I got married and watched my little sister get married too 🥹 SO many things to be greatful for the list goes on. I am ready to welcome the new year happy, at peace, and ready to GRIND.
