4/29/22 ⭐️MY HUSBAND’S BROADWAY DEBUT⭐️ (aka how I spent MY #internationaldanceday ) Last night I cried my ‘lil heart out as I watched a literal lifelong dream come true for my beautiful person, Alex. This man is my biggest source of inspiration and reminds me daily of something our former downstairs neighbor, thee Bridget Everett, always says: “Dreams don’t have deadlines.” Growing up, Alex was that young boy at the stage door of every theater he saw a show at. To now witness him walk out of the Walter Kerr and talk to young fans of Hadestown is the full circle, life-affirming, trust in the divine plan, EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON sorta experience my soul needs. And bonus points for Alex’s debut being in a kick-ass musical. Kudos to everyone onstage and off! I can’t wait to come back again and again. I loved it in 2019 and I love it even more now. 😁
