I’ve said this before - it’s really important to learn how to retouch your own images. It’s important b/c it helps you understand how you want your work to look, how you don’t want your aesthetic to look, and it allows you to play around with and push your work creatively. If I had depended on someone else’s vision and skills to retouch my work when I was just starting out, instead of spending days or weeks or months tweaking my images, my work would look completely different. And it would probably look dry. Learn how to create a complete image - from start to finish.
