it’s amazing what a few of weeks of seasonal produce & surfing will do for you! although full disclosure, this summer wasn’t all sunshine & rainbows - in fact i got my shit rocked on several occasions, so the last few months i’ve doubled down on doing the inner work. on top of the compound effect of years of meditation & journaling & therapy, i’m finally seeing some real shifts after all that gradual progress i still get mad at slow walkers & i’m only 1/4th of the way through that michael singer online course... but i’m closer than i ever have been to the best version of me & that’s something to celebrate. thank you to @framedbylexy & the @vervola_com team for capturing this special time in my special place🪁
