๐When squatting, send your booty back, keep the spine straight and chin down - use the contraction of your gluts and push through the full foot keeping the knees moving over the feet (not too far in or out).
๐ Hips and shoulders are moving up at the same time - if the butt swoops up first, try going down in weight โ๐ป
