Although my intuition kind of hinted at this... I found a lot of people making me feel guilty about not living up to their expectations... I’m a huge giver so it genuinely makes me happy to see people I connect with work together and flourish but I’ve recently had to cut a lot of draining people who feel almost entitled to the network/ resources and most importantly energy that I’ve fostered for myself... It’s OK to let people who have these expectation of you go and to not feel guilty for putting yourself first.
