DEEP deployed two AirDATA sensors over a 7 day sample period from 15-22 October 2022. One outside the iconic Salomon Paris Madeleline store and the other at the Refuge du Montenvers next to the Mer de Glace in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc with our partners @salomonsportstyle ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ These two sensors measured in real-time 6 key air quality measures (NO, NO2, O3, PM1, PM2.5, PM10) as well as providing an overall Air Quality Index (AQI) and several atmospheric measurements including temperature, humidity and air pressure.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ KEY INSIGHTS​​​​​​​​ The maximum recorded value of PM2.5 in Paris was 121.3% higher than Chamonix.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Maximum values, particularly in areas of urban density, spike significantly. ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Human inputs signifigantly increase the volitility of air quality.​​​​​​​​ Air quality is in flux.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ LINK IN BIO FOR FULL REPORT​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ #AirDATA​​​​​​​​ #DEEPAirDATA​​​​​​​​ #pm25​​​​​​​​ #salomon​​​​​​​​ #salomonsportstyle
