We turned our @hello_goodland wood burning hot tub into a cold tub, and I am here 👏 for 👏 it. That was such a transformational experience to watch the butterflies and the bees while taking a moment of pause. The pure, fresh water from our well was perfect at about 55 degrees, which is great for easing into cold water therapy. I stayed in the water for about five minutes this time. It was cold at first, but once I relaxed I could feel my body, mind, and soul surrendering to the healing process. If you’re just getting started, please do not shock your system with 32-degree water. This can have adverse effects on your system and can even cause you to hyperventilate.
