i first heard about the concept of light, movement, hydration years ago and it still remains a part of my everyday routine. light: the effects of exposing my eyes to early morning light have been incredible - it’s extremely energizing and can even help with seasonal sads. it’s also helped set my natural sleep cycle so I’m actually tired when I get in bed at night. movement: your body is meant to move - I recommend moving everyday, but we should be getting out of breath/sweating at least 4 days per week. hydration: i aim to both drink AND eat my water. drinking 40 oz of water before anything else in the morning has been a game changer for both my clients and me. #healthylifestyle #plants #plantbased #cleansing #candycrush10 #YellowstoneTV
