Obviously tweak if you have certain dietary restrictions! BUT the biggest mistake I made when I started on my journey is I tried to change everything about myself! I thought I had to be the buff bunny who worked out at the gym for 2 hours and ate chicken, broccoli, and rice for every meal! The good news is YOU DONT! I have always loved sandwiches and I still eat them. I will never stop eating bread and cereal and I can still maintain a healthy weight! My challenge for you is to think of your favorite meal and switch out some of the ingredients to make it a healthier option! We’re busy so let’s make nutrition simple!
